Jennifer Justice is the former EVP of Strategic Marketing and Business Development for Roc Nation and former president of Superfly Productions. She is now the CEO and founder of The Justice Dept., a consulting firm helping women build their businesses.

A: Passionate, loyal, advocate.

A: There are two: my boy and girl twins, Jack and Nico Justice.

A: Since my career is dedicated to gender equality, it’s hard to think about going backward, but the seventies had some amazing fashion and interior design.

A: I love mixing different eras. I don’t like to have everything matching.
