For the holidays, Sarah stirs up sparkling apple cider sangria with sparkling Perfect Pumps to match.
Ingredients (serves 2 people):
1 1/2 oz apple cider
3 oz champagne, chilled
3 oz VS cognac
1 red apple peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
1. Add half of the apples to a pitcher, and pour cognac, champagne, and apple cider. Stir.
2. Add ice cubes to glasses and pour in cocktail.
3. Top glasses with remaining apple slices and pomegranate seeds.
4. Garnish with an apple peel and cinnamon stick.
